perhaps we can help.
Life can be tough
Often people try to take decisions with inadequate information.
We help you to a clearer view by providing sensible and understandable analysis leading to pragmatic plans.
We offer practical suggestions to improve your happiness.
Experience tends to be better than theory. We have spent many decades assimilating behavioural psychology, psychometrics, communications, corporate development and – of course – personal relationships.
Amongst consultants we are unusual in that we have considerable experience in the intersection between Home, Business and Personal.
We offer consultancy for real life based on:
1. Formative experiences and social learning
2. Transactional analysis
3. The Control model
Formative experiences and social learning
Influenced particularly by the works of Bandura, Bowlby and Maslow we help you consider and understand the influences on your life so far.
This may include a simple template for self-completion (Interpersonal Influences Appraisal ©).
Transactional analysis
This is a broader approach than that proposed in Eric Berne’s original work.
It is sensible, unbiased and non-judgemental. We help you examine relationships and communications before implementing the Control Model.
The Control Model
This helps you to organise your life to put you more comfortably in control.
It is easy to follow and whilst effective immediately it can prove hugely helpful when it becomes instinctive. In this model we much appreciate the works of Frederick Herzberg and Robert Mager.
If appropriate we may suggest a referral.
We make no charge for the first consultation and there is no commitment at that stage. Thereafter our fees are moderate.
